"A little letdown."

When I reserve the room I asked for a room. Facinstead of getting that I got a room on the side of where seem like all the trash people were put. There were junkies falling asleep. Slumped over in the hallway. There were people in the parking lot where their cars torn apart.And it seemed like they're entire house scattered all over the parking lot. But the room itself wasn't bad.Customer service was great.

"Worst hotel ever."

This place was horrible. We didn't make the reservation, the reservation operator did as they didn't have a room that fit our needs. She never asked us about smoking or non smoking room. We asked if we could change and were told, no because it was a 3rd pity reservation. We did not order it through priceline or any any of those discount places. So we went to our room. The smell was so overwhelming. Not just cigarettes but it also smelled of pot. No box spring on the bed but the metal box frame squeaked loudly with every move. There wouldn't be any sleeping that night. I went back and talked to the desk clerk again. She asked the gentleman also behind the desk to go check it out. He came back and said it didn't smell. My husband d said, you must be a smoker. So she moved us to a non smoking room upstairs. Much better including a box spring. The room looked so dirty that we checked for bugs and put our luggage up. I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn again.
