Earlene checked us in with a huge smile and friendly service. Every time we saw her, she spoke to us with that same huge smile. She even recommended a neighborhood pub where we could go cheer for our IU Football team and eat great food! She is an awesome asset for the hotel. The entire staff was friendly, happy and always offering to help. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than any place we've ever stayed. 5+ STARS!

The front desk concierge was so pleasant and accommodating! This was my first visit to Memphis and I was greeted with warmth and kindness! It made our one night stay Fantastic! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The water was hot and stayed hot throughout my shower. Thank you Comfort Inn Downtown Memphis!
