We paid 121.00 a night and we discovered many things were broken or run down. Bathroom door kicked in with hole in the door, bathroom door would not close, front door had wires hanging out of it, there from Thursday Sunday and no maid service, no accessible password for WiFi, limited breakfast ( out of syrup and bananas, no milk for cereal, biscuits cold ) complimentary but not worth it, carpet dingy, no elevator to access room, curtains did not fully close, so light came into room. Would never stay here again and we have friends in Gaylord.

Nobody in this hotel seems to care about taking care of anything or cleaning anything. This place is a dump in absolutely unorganized and horrible. I will be looking for a refund or something never will. I return here or recommend this place to anybody.
