"Very nice hotel in the heart of the entertainment district."

This high end Hotel is located in the heart of the Entertainment district and close to all attractions. One of the 6 six restaurants is right off the large and modern Lobby. The 394 rooms are spacious and decorated with stylish contemporary and upscale décor. Large meeting spaces including a ballroom up to 500 people are available for meeting and events. An outdoor swimming pool with very nice views over the City is located on the rooftop. You can feel that the staff is attentive to every Detail.

The Hyatt Regency Toronto has a very good location and accessible to public transport, restaurants and you can simply walk around downtown. The room is clean and I appreciate their service for an early check in and late check out time. Many thanks to Allan and Ray from Front Desk. Jeryll and Judy of Housekeeping. They are truly valuable and remarkable staff of the organization.

"Pleasant place, patient caring staff."

I was really greatful when checking in, I was having issues with my card and the staff were very patient with that they even gave a complimentary eska water while I sorted the issue. The rooms are really nice too. Big flat screen TV and comfy pillows and blanket wasn't too thick so no over heating. The beds were a bit more firm than I prefer but that's personal preference and usually firm beds are better for back pain. Thanks hyatt regency, good hiring choices by the way.
