Holiday Inn Estes Park was a comfortable three night stay for me. Pluses about property were comfortable beds and adequate room furnishings/personal care products. Staff at dining area, bar and front desk friendly. Hotel manager at desk very customer friendly. Older section of hotel is lacking an elevator. Billing proved to be confusing; initially over billed from quoted room rate but credit card was corrected to show quoted rate. The outdoor firepits and Adirondack lounge chairs are a nice touch!
