Our room was great. Great maid service. Great view. All the people we encountered were very nice and eager to help. From the check in counter to the maid to porters and the bartender in Clive's, the restaurant on the 18th floor! All of it was first class. The hotel itself is conveniently located to almost everything you could want to do or see but right on the edge of the downtown area. So not quite in the busyness of it all. Easy walks to everything.
