The support staff was friendly. I got out of shower to discover hair dryer not working. Maintained did show in timely manner but did not replace dryer. He let me go to room next door to dry hair. Once I returned for the day, I expected my room to be cleaned and dryer replaced. Neither happened. No refrigerator in room unusual for a hotel this size. It was quiet and eating places close by.

The Hotel itself was very nice, clean. The water drains slowly and the curtain were not able to be closed all the way since they came of the rod. The service staff was not very friendly. Also the price of breakfast for what one got was not worth eating there. For such a large place there was no lounge area to sit and read outside of the room. The Gardner in front of the building when I left was the only one that went out of his way to be kind and friendly. I guess with tough economic times amenities are in short supply. Even water was charged for.

Above all, the staff was excellent from front desk to housekeeping! Maintenance issues are my biggest concern. Broken safety latch in one of our rooms. More attention to paint and high traffic areas such as vacuum needs. No refrigerator or microwave was a negative as we stayed two nights. Your "no smoking within 100' of building " is not observed. Exercise room was adequate for our needs. Will consider other options next time we are in need.
