I stayed here with my sister for one night as we had an early morning flight. For starters, I was NOT treated as a Gold member at all. I booked through a third party and every time I would mention something to the front desk that would be their response! How I booked DOES NOT MATTER, we still paid to stay there. We weren’t even there a full 12 hours and maintenance had to go to the room three times to fix the heater, the bathroom door and the shower door. We were not moved to another room! The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant food was great and so was the staff. The issue is with the front desk staff. I encountered a young lady with pigtails, an older lady (in the evening) and another older female in the morning. There was a terrible smell of marijuana and when I told the front desk staff she said “it’s legal” there’s not much we can do about it! It is legal where I live too, but I didn’t pay to smell marijuana. She “took down” my number so that the manager can call me and that NEVER happened. The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience to the airport and the shuttle service. The rooms are very dark and have poor lighting!
