I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and its proximity to the “Ark Encounter”. We were traveling with two preteen grandkids so I reserved the two queen suite which was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly and facilities were nice and clean. Included breakfast was a typical hotel continental breakfast. It was only open until 9am during the week which I feel is too short. The kids like to sleep in a little so we felt rushed in the morning. On the weekends breakfast is available until 10am, so why not every day? My biggest pet peeve is no housekeeping during our stay. I get not changing linens/towels daily, but I do expect the beds to be made and trash emptied. Other than that, I would recommend this as a good place to stay.
We love staying here every year. Hotel is very well taken care of.

This hotel is clean and nice. Spacious rooms with nice amenities. Full breakfast every morning. Great location. Only 10 minutes to the Ark Encounter which we were in town to visit. Will definitely stay here on return trips to Williamstown.
The rooms were varry nice and clean and the service was excellent!
We have stayed at this hotel a few times and overall it's a nice place to stay. We generally stop here with our dog and our travel trailer. The hotel is clean, pet friendly and allows RV's and trucks with travel trailers to park towards the back of the lot in back of the hotel. A decent continental breakfast is included in the cost of a room. The rooms are clean and a decent size.
Beautiful, clean room. The only thing missing are towel rods in the bathroom.
