The lobby is updated and really nice with water features and high ceilings. The staff at check in was friendly and efficient but nothing was explained about breakfast or what was offered. No explanation on pool hours, restaurants hours. Parking was a breeze,I was placed in building C. Which did not have any carts to bring your luggage or bags up to the room. The interior hall had zero air condition as well as the elevator, which was very warm and slow. Our room was smaller than I expected but did work for us, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, the bathtub and floors need deep cleaning. The A/C unit seemed to push damp air. So our beds and sheets felt damp. Our balcony faced the expressway, so we had a lot of traffic noise at night inside our room with the balcony door shut.. We went down to the pool once. To get towels we had to go to the front desk to obtain them. I thought they could or would have a place out side for towels.The morning of check out we went to the lobby to see about breakfast, when I asked the restaurant host he was polite and said if we wanted to go check it out we could look at it and decide. He didn't tell us anything about prices, So we left without eating. All in All the staff would get an A for effort and the building C gets a C.

Staff good; Amenities good; Rooms poor. Everything about the rooms is horrible. Paid more than $300/nt. Would have been horrible at $100/nt. Furniture and fixture all damaged and worn. Obvious wall repairs painted over, mini fridge leaks, bathroom has no working fan, cracked toilet base and sink at “daycare” height (24” at best!). Hallways to rooms an room doors no different. Would never stay here again. A nice pool, lobby and restaurant can’t make up for how bad the room was.

I've been here several times before. It is clean and close to shops and restaurants that you can walk to. The shuttle service drivers were very friendly and accommodating. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service and I do not need to rent a car.
