Upon entering the facility we were given prompt service. But when I explained that I had book a two queen with pull out couch they refused to give me the room to accommodate our needs. We had also requested handicap room and got neither. The person waiting on us just kept yelling that I needed to call the number I booked with. He was very rude. Not at all pleasant.
I can't find anything wrong with this hotel. Attention to detail on everything. Beautiful place. Thank you!
