This location is really nice! The lobby and breakfast areas are very nice. The room was very clean and well kept with plenty of space within. The patio door was a plus since the room doors are internal and moving luggage using the patio is a big plus! Breakfast was really good and the staff took care to see that food and drinks were well stocked and the tables had placards to indicate whether or not they had been cleaned after use. The staff cleaned the tables very quickly after a guest left it and there was plenty of seating available at all times. Great place to stay when visiting Newport!

We came to the Newport area to meet up with some friends who were there for the festival. The hospitality of the front desk management was great! We were able to meet up with our friends in the lobby to relax and catch up! We were very happy that we were able to bring our little Yorkie along for a small, additional fee!
