While I liked the attentiveness and friendly staff at the hotel, who did everything to make our stay pleasant. The facilities were subpar. No way would I recommend this hotel due to the condition of the amenities. This place needs some TLC.

"Bed Bugs in room 526."

My family was having a family reunion in Charleston, SC and our family had about 20 25 rooms booked at this hotel. On Saturday, 6.15.24 around 7pm. My Wife found bugs in the sheets in room 526. We immediately went down to the front desk to exchange rooms and was given room 506. We didn’t want to take any chances having a two – year old and five old child. Lekia Burgess was gracious enough to give us one night refund. However, I’m requesting a full refund. This was a huge inconvenience changing rooms late in the evening. Plus, our family as a whole did have 20 25 booked with the establishment. When we got home, we unpacked our luggage outside in fear of bringing bugs in our home.
