Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Fe
Located within a 10-minute drive of Santa Fe Plaza and Meow Wolf.
We were there for just one night but the room was nice and a good size. All the staff there are very nice and helpful.
First, the TV remote didn't work. We got one that did. Secondly, there was no body wash in the shower. The front desk gave us small bars of soap. Finally, the shower drain did not work. I was ankle deep in the water after my shower. When my wife went to the front desk to ask about body wash, the woman on duty was on the verge of being rude to her. It is not likely we will stay in your hotel again.
I've been to many hotels. Some not so hot. This one was GREAT! I have been traveling for many miles by car and the last thing I want to have to deal with are problems with a hotel. This one was not only no problem but extra good. Food was good, room was clean, checkout time was perfect; the receptionists very attentive and accommodating. Overall this place gets an A +. Thank you!
