We reserved a queen bed room and we got two double beds. No coffee for coffee pot and no kleenex. We were charged an additional room cleaning fee that was nowhere in terms and agreements. The room was small and not at all as shown online. The folks at the front desk were very nice, but as far as the room, very disappointing.
