The staff who served us at the front desk were sub par for a high class resort not helpful, not friendly as we expected. The fitness center staff were good. The shuttle drivers and pool restaurant staff were excellent. The up scale room was inadequately supplied no toaster until specifically requested, no caffeinated coffee, no creamer.
