We rented a room to celebrate my husband's birthday and grandson getting to stay with us. We wanted him to go swimming. We were not told that there was no heat in the pool and that the temp was so cold he couldn't get in. I went to the desk and complained and was answered with our pool isn't heated oh well. Very very unhappy.
