Checked in for only one night for a concert in Sac but everyone exceptionally pleasant and helpful. David greeted us as we walked in and continued to engage with us every time we saw him. He’s amazing! After the concert we asked front desk for local food still open, they offered the bar serves food until 1030p with four minutes to go (hating to be those people) every server we spoke to encouraged us not only to order but not worry about eating in vs. to go. Our server was great. She being between mine and my daughter’s age we chatted about tattoos and about the concert passing what seemed like a short time for food to arrive. My family and I will absolutely be staying at the Hyatt whe we’re in Sac.
No complaints. Great staff. Only one day stay so didn’t get a chance to try food but it looked great.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency on L Street in Sacramento, especially after I realized it was exactly what I needed to relax, recharge and just simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and surroundings. This will be my Go To Place whenever in the Sacramento area and I will be back. Thank you all for the wonderful two days!
Excellent hotel. We enjoyed ourselves. Very comfortable room. Felt like home. The bar was great. Vines and Dawson's was superb. Would stay again when the time comes.
The personnel at the front desk are exceptional and patient when situations appear. They are professional. The hotel is always clean, and the staff kept the coffee flowing for the meeting.

The perk of it all was I was able to bring my dog with me and it was an easy experience.
Relaxing one night stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and quiet experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view. Staff were attentive and friendly, making the short stay comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.
The room was clean and comfortable. Dinner at Dawson’s was outstanding. Personal service at the lobby bar and breakfast restaurant was friendly and welcoming. I recommend it. We stayed for a concert at the SAFE Performing Arts Center which was conveniently right across the street.
