Beautiful view, easy check in/out, easy to find things. Just a great way to slow down after a very, very fast day.

Good value close to SFO. 10 minutes away and 1/2 the price of the Grand Hyatt attached to SFO. Only complaint is bad/slow Internet connectivity. Easy to access, but doesn't support Zoom with video.

Stayed on the 17th floor, paid for access to the rotating club on the 18th floor, met nice employees, enjoyed our stay! The water pressure is amazing, the room was quiet, the cleaning staff and waitstaff were very helpful, the valet staff was funny and accommodating!

You could not ask for a better location for a hotel in San Francisco if you are interested in being located near the Embarcadero and Ferry Building. The staff were very friendly and interested in taking care of everything we needed. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and we had a great view of the Bay. It was not the largest bathroom we have seen, but this is San Francisco and space comes at a premium. It had everything we needed. The Marketplace within the hotel had many options available. I loved the unique places to sit and chat or read in the lobby area.
Glad to see the revolving restaurant back open! I have been coming here since I was seven years old and I'm 55 now. I will always come back to the Hyatt when I'm in the city, it's clean, safe and efficient.
