The Internet connection was weak and did not work with my computer. The water pressure in the shower was weak, there was a sticky substance on the carpet and the side near the entrance was very loud. I appreciated your flexibility to switch my room.

My family has stayed at several Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express locations all over the place. We keep coming back because we have been very happy with our experiences. Unfortunately, this experience was not great. One of the reasons we love it is the breakfast. Usually there is a great selection. Including waffles, pancakes (sometimes), bagels, various pastries, biscuits and gravy and more. This time there were scrambled eggs, home fries (fried potatoes), bacon and French toast. Everything was fine except for the French toast. It was terrible! There was a very small selection of pastries. It was overall just very disappointing. The WiFi was mostly useless. During peak times we could not connect at all. The limited times we could connect, it was very slow. The staff and the room were up to normal standard. The only problem was that a staff member stated that my card would not be used for the incidental charge. That they only needed the information to keep on file. But my card was in fact charged. This experience will not stop us from staying at Holiday Inn in the future. This is the only negative experience we have ever had.
