This hotel is extremely dated and very expensive. There are few real amenities and they are on the sparse side. I needed help with lights in my room. The front desk provided misleading information. The night maintenance man came up, fixed the problem. When I asked where the switch worked, he replied, “Right in front of your face!” I found this extremely rude and as the switch was hidden by hotel brochures and not where the front desk said, I just figured the maintenance department has very poor hiring practices. I will never stay at this place again.
