Pleasant, respectful, available front reception staff. Welcoming. Greeted us each time we came and went. Cleanliness was very good. Need more amenities in bathroom (bar of soap for sink, conditioner) Good location.
Great place for family’s. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Pleased with service.
Worst hotel ever. Entire building smelled like stale cigarettes and cat urine. Bathroom was not fully clean, with feces on the toilet seat. Heating was an upright electric plug in heater as the room heater was broken. Multitude of very loud and rude long term patrons who played loud music the entire night. Front lobby closed at 10pm with no way to leave hotel and get back in until 9am.
