"Usually a great stay, but…."

Usually we have a great stay but two things hindered me from saying a “great stay”. First The coffee makers why change from a classic cup of coffee to a Nespresso Machine only? It’s such a niche cup of coffee that not everyone enjoys. You think that it would have been offered in their take away breakfast/snack area not a standard in the room. Secondly I don’t ever expect housekeeping to knock on my door to clean at 8:15 am. I was so startled and didn’t know if the knocking was on our door or a neighbors. Thank goodness we had the extra lock on our door, when they tried of open. Just wayyyyy too early to start that for an 11 check out time especially after a holiday of sorts. Very disappointed.
