The first keycard/room I got at check in was occupied by someone. It was pretty odd and scary for me and must have scared the pants off the person in the room. The staff dealt with it courteously and were shocked too. Otherwise a nice hotel. But entering a room occupied by a stranger is pretty wild, was not great!
