All associates use appropriate PPE - housekeeping use face shield and mask with blue gloves to remove all dirty laundry from the guest room (check out) and place in sealed trash liner. They replaced their gloves with new ones to then clean the room - once clean they remove the face shield whilst continuing to wear a face mask and change to black gloves to make up the guest room with clean laundry. Once completed the room is inspected and then electrostatic sprayed using hospital-grade chemical the room is then sealed. Hairdryer and steamer available in the guest room and each check out are sanitized. Ice buckets are available at the front desk and are disposable.Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences.
