The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.
We have stopped here numerous times on our way back and forth to and from Florida. The location is perfect as you can walk around the town. The property is well maintained, with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the little bar and the opportunity to meet and chat with guests and staff. Highly recommend this hotel!
The Hyatt Place “Conserve” program is in place explaining to the guest that all bed linens will be changed after the second night of the stay (and every two nights thereafter) unless the guest places the approved sign/card on their bed or instructs the hotel of this preference. This sign/card instructs the hotel to change the bed linen daily. Once the owner or guest has expressed this preference the hotel will assume that the guest has opted out of the “Conserve” program for the duration of their stay (in other words the guest does not have to repeat their preference on a daily basis).
Breakfast is open 6:30-9:30. Breakfast is free for only World of Hyatt members. For nonmembers there is a charge.

TEN out of TEN!
The front staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. The ancillary staff who were in the bar and restaurant area were unfriendly and not helpful. The “restaurant” was not open and was not serving food for an unknown reason.
We have fallen in Love with Hyatt Place.
Rooms are always so comfy, holiday views of Florence and train whistles are romantic. I look forward to my next stay at.

The employees are very delightful .. always smiling and welcoming and ready to assist. A gentlemen that was working the breakfast went above and beyond in helping us have a nice experience .. they should all be commended !
