"Superb Experience"

From the moment we checked in, we were identified, offered a PBR or bottle of water and told about the scheduled cleaning services upon request. We were greeted by Stephanie at the front desk. We told Stephanie everything was exceptional! After our wedding, we returned to the hotel to further entertain our guests at the bar. The bar was too busy so we proceeded up to our suite which easily held 30 people! We were in need of wine or beer, so our daughters proceeded to go to the lobby bar where they were recognized and approached by the bartender who offered a complimentary bottle of champagne in honor of their wedding after purchasing four wine bottles and several beers to take up to the suite! Upon checkout, because we didn’t use the drink credits, Stephanie offered complimentary valet service during our stay. The bell staff took care of some luggage while we had a late checkout so all around every service we encountered we were pleasantly surprised to receive exceptional service. Would highly recommend this hotel for valued services and hospitality❤️.

We really enjoyed our stay! Convenient location to our fave kc spots, the wedding and covered parking nearby. Food on site was great and Lulu’s across the street is always amazing!
