"Philadelphia's Newest and Eco-Friendliest Hotel"

The Home2 Suites by Hilton is downtown Philadelphia’s newest and most Eco-Friendly hotel located next to the PA Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market right in the heart of city. You are only a short walk or cab ride to the historic attractions or museums. The lobby is spacious and very modern with clean lines, to the right is the front desk and left is sitting/breakfast area. Elevators are located in the middle; the indoor saline pool as well a large fitness center with free weights and laundry facilities are also on lobby level. There is a parking garage for hotel guests (additional fee) located right next door, just need to remember your ticket. All guest rooms are Suites either Studio or 1-bedroom with kitchens that have microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, place settings but no stove; the hotel does have burners available upon request complimentary. Amenities also include comp WIFI, iHome docking station, flat panel TV and sleeper sofas. This is also one of the only pet friendly hotels in downtown Philadelphia. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful that I would recommend this hotel to any traveler whether on business or leisure; perfect for an extended stay or for family travel.

We enjoyed our stay. The operator who checked us in Alicia, I hope I spelled that correctly. She was so very helpful. During our stay someone pulled the fire alarm, even though it was inconvenient, the staff was great about it.

Got three nights for close to $1300. Upon arrival our room keys would not work. They couldn't fix it and put us in another room which later also had issues with the keys that had to be replaced. The pullout couch had no linens and we had to make the bed ourselves. The kitchenette in our room was missing a wine opener, when we call to request one, they said for us to come down and get it cuz they were busy. Breakfast was below average and.
