I’m very unhappy with hotel guides! I was charged $270. For a $160. room. I tried to cancel but was told it would still cost me first night rate on a one night reservation.

"Second Stay"

I was given a newly updated room. The cold water didn't work in the sink and the hot water didn't work in the tub. Maintenance was called and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Maintenance man was professional and didn't leave until I was satisfied with the fix. Breakfast is very good and the ladies made sure everything was filled. My first stay was as good as this one. I plan on com8mg back again. I love visiting Fayetteville.
