The Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham is located across the street from West Chester University and three miles from the Brandywine Picnic Park. Within the last two years the hotel was renovated and is well maintained. All guest rooms have kitchenettes with refrigerator and microwave, free WIFI. Hotel amenities include Continental breakfast, guest laundry facilities, fitness center and computer kiosk in the lobby. They also have a meeting room on site to accommodate up to 40 guests, great for team meals! My interaction with the staff was great and saw in action the special attention to detail that was given to a repeat customer; I would certainly recommend this hotel to any traveler whether on business or leisure especially family reunions, tours or sports teams.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A/C didn’t work, light shades were broken, tub was repaired with crusty plaster, paint was peeling and housekeeping never made up my room. Completely unacceptable in all respects.
