Cleaning Policies
Right now the motel is closed due to Covid19 but for cleaning we are using a combination of liquid bleach which i normally use for the pool so it is high concentrated with a mixture of water for the bathroom areas, have a disinfected deodorizer which I get from Neutron Industries to spray in the rooms after cleaning and have also gotten hand sanitizer from them which I will have available in certain spots in the lobby/office area. The officer area will be cleaned especially the bathroom area at least 3 times a day and door knobs for entry into the lobby at least a few times a day with the bleach and water mixture. Other cleaning will be done with a disinfected cleaner as so not to stain the furniture. Of course we do not know what the requirements or regulations the State may require when we reopen.
