This hotel was really nice for the price point. The people that serve me that were very nice and accommodating we use the pool. It was nice, there’s free coffee, popcorn and lemonade in the lobby. Rooms were very clean.

I have previously stayed at this hotel and called direct to make a reservation. Somewhere along the line my call was transferred. I specifically asked for room 101 or 102 because my husband is in a wheelchair and needs a low bed. Again this request is on my receipt. We arrived at the hotel early afternoon on the 9th and did not have an available room. Not only that I had paid $568.67 in advance to secure the room and when I had to cancel that room to go Finn’s a room my husband could stay in, I was refunded $403! I can not believe the treatment we received and do not plan on staying at a Holiday in again.
