Dirty, Smelly, TV didn't work. My two guests were very unhappy. I spoke to Raj at the front desk several times to complain. As I am a local company, I had two guests in for the US open. It was so bad I Offred them to stay at my house. They said the bathrooms were filthy, the overall room was dirty and smelled. This was a horrible experience for us all.
