I came into town for a Funeral, after driving 7 hours my party and I were tired and needed to sleep. I booked a two double bed room. When entering the room I notice a foul smell and immediately realize the carpet on the floor was soaking wet. I returned to the front desk, told them the problem and after 45 minutes was given a second room. My partys and I had to remove our luggage from the first room to the second room, but when we got to the second room, there was only one bed, which was a problem because I needed a double room bed. I had to return to the front desk for third time to receive another room. This was very upsetting because we were all tired and sleepy from the long drive to Maryland., we only had a five hour window before the funeral was starting and we needed some rest. But we found our situation with spenting two hours going from room to room( with our luggage) before the front desk staff found a suitable room. When I complain to the front desk staff, they said there were nothing they could do to discount or refund me my money back.
