I have stayed at many excellent Best Western Plus hotels and found them to be well maintained, clean and provide a hearty breakfast. Unfortunately this hotel is the exact opposite: the room appeared worn and untidy, the hallway had an unusual food odor, no coffee at breakfast, front desk staff appeared unprofessional (dressed in a hoodie). Definitely would not stay here again.
