After a long drive, we were met with great customer service. Lucas went above and beyond so my grandchildren could have a little extra time in the pool. It was really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay. It has been awhile since I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express. The overall experience was good, close to the main event and good hospitality. I was able to borrow a phone charger.

Rooms were clean and smelled fresh not stale. Housekeeping was friendly and gracious when asked for more towels. Breakfast was fresh, hot and great variety. Just wish would have offered water (bottles) at breakfast. ( Though available to purchase). Also experienced a Fire Alarm that didn’t seem organized.. guests came out of rooms asking what was happening. No Fire truck arrived, which I thought was standard. No offers for inconvenience. Pool was good ( chilly). Hot tub was working but had a maintenance alert displayed nearby and water ‘color’ was questionable. Had to replace key 2nd day; wouldn’t work. Check out quick.
