We booked Hampton Inn and Suites Shreveport/Bossier City Airline Drive last minute to attend a family member's funeral. The reservation process for our two rooms was easy, the location was perfect for our needs and the price was fair. The thing that impressed us most was the friendliness of the hotel staff. Whether by phone or in person, everyone was just so friendly and accommodating. We especially remember Sammy (sp?) by phone, Crystal during check in and the attendant lady in the breakfast area. The rooms met our needs. We had absolutely no issues during our stay.
