The Chapman Inn was clean, roomy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was our request for a bottom floor near an exit for our dog was not communicated. The hotel had us registered on the 3rd floor. They accommodated us and put us on the 1st floor, but that was more expensive. I was also told the extra fee for our dog was to be $10.00 per night, but actually the fee was $20.00 per night. Overall, I would stay again because of the staff and room.
