A family death brought me to Va. Choosing MARRIOTT COURTYARD was a fortunate choice for me. Your staff couldn’t have been more empathetic or helpful. Everyone was lovely but I’d like to give special mention to Robin ( at the front desk with her beautiful smile ) She was warm, helpful and had that extra personal touch. William, who seemed as though he could handle anything, was dear. He was most helpful. And last ,but not least, Micha. Again, warm, helpful and always ready to help. Thank you Marriott.
