The front desk person was the worst person I have ever encountered at a motel,no smile,rude,I got the impression she did not want to be there.she gave me a second floor room,which under my reservation I specified I needed a first floor room because I have a bad knee and after telling her this she said she could not give me a bottom floor room and she mumbled something under her breath.extremely bad experience I will not be coming back ever.
