Everyone and I mean everyone was polite and spoke as we passed. The receptionist was most helpful on a special request we made. The service at the Capriccio Grill was excellent. Our server, Yvette was wonderful and told us about the fabulous Christmas Brunch. You probably already know brunch was the best ever. My wife had breakfast and her custom omelette was wonderful. I had the seafood it was delicious and I thank you for not frying it. This may be our Christmas plans from now on. We honeymooned here and the Peabody is special to us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We ate at all the restaurants. Each was outstanding. The High Tea experience was phenomenal. We enjoyed all the amenities except the Spa. Don’t need to leave the hotel. You’ll be well taken care of in the hotel! It was raining most days when we were here so enjoying the hotel activities kept us out of the rain. And the duck parade! How cool. Watched it every time. A must see. Peabody Hotel. A must stay!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis! From the moment we arrived, everything was top notch. The room was beautiful, comfortable and full of charm—we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. One of the highlights of the trip was the famous duck march. It was such a fun and unique experience and honestly, it lived up to all the hype! We loved seeing the tradition in person. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend the Peabody to anyone visiting Memphis. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Our stay at the Peabody was nearly perfect. Seeing the ducks march to and from the fountain was the highlight of our short stay. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Capriccio Grill restaurant. The shrimp scampi was excellent. The staff was professional, welcoming and friendly. Duckmaster Keenan thoroughly engaged the crowd and made a fuss over the kids and anyone having a special event. The hotel is old and grand but very dark and difficult to navigate for a person like me with low vision. The ducks were hard to see on the dark carpet and in the fountain and I could not have found my way around without my ‘seeing eye sister’. Other than that issue, I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a fun and unique experience.
