"Wonderful down to earth feeling and super clean"

We stayed here and we were part of a 55 year reunion for our nursing class. The room was great ( as always) clean, large, comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the staff helped with our celebration. Joanne stood out as someone who wore multiple hats and did a great job no matter what she was going. She always had a smile on her face and helped our event run smoothly. It was an enjoyable couple days in Lacombe!

The staff is very welcoming and pleasant and made our stay very pleasant. The morning breakfast staff welcomed us with such beautiful smiles of good morning. We found the rooms very comfortable and quiet.

Overall, our stay was quite good. I was disappointed with the $25 fee for an early check in. I have stayed in many hotels and had early check ins without a fee at all.

This hotel is conveniently located east off of the QE2 highway on Highway 12, and a short distance from the surrounding communities of Ponoka, Alix, Bentley, Clive and Blackfalds. It is one of the few hotels in the area with a pool, waterslide and hot tub.Barnett Arena and MEGlobal Athletic Park are hosts to numerous sporting events in the Lacombe area. Players and fans will enjoy the spacious non-smoking rooms with sleeping for up to six adults, a free hot breakfast and free bus parking for registered guests. Your health and safety is important to us. To minimize person to person contact at the front desk we encourage online pre registration done prior to arriving at the hotel and Express check out is offered. You can be assured we have a frequent cleaning schedule for all public areas which encompasses all high touch items including key cards, elevator buttons,door handles, locks and latches, computer keyboards etc. We also have enhanced techniques used to clean guest rooms,paying special attention to all the same high touch areas. UVC light is an added layer of protection. We use only high grade commercial Ecolab disinfectants and cleaning products throughout the hotel including the laundry. Each room is left vacant for a period of 24-72 hours before a new guest would be given access. Staff are asked to stay home if they are feeling unwell. PPE are available for use where required. Housekeeping service is offered on a request only basis and guests may not be in the room at the time service is provided.
