Very obvious that people were smoking in the hotel rooms, the entire floor wreaked of second hand smoke, quite awful. We asked for our room to get made up and it took them three hours and by that time we already were in the room, so it was not made up. The breakfast was lackluster, the hashbrowns were overcooked and the options were limited.
