We were over sold by Expedia. They should be restricted from selling for you. I had three criteria for our hotel rooms. 1.) separate bedroom suite (2) 2.) ajoing rooms 3. Disney park view We got none of those things, even tho that’s what I was sold. Manager Mike. Did his best getting us a room close to the rest of the family. But, we had to give up our suite ) no refund) for a basic queen room. It was a big disappointment after booking so early. Seems we purchased from a broker who misrepresented the hotel. I was unaware it was even a broker. Be careful out there. I spent $2700. On something I could have spent $1700. For. 🫤 2.) ajoing rooms.
The room was clean, great customer service. The lady in the office was great and explained everything we needed to know. They also provided a crib for our baby.
The hotel overall experience was very nice, we had good service, the area for the kids was great!
Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Always nice and clean, close to Disneyland.

Parking is $25 + 17.23% tax per night, and only one car per room may be parked per room. A valid parking permit will be issued at check-in. You may leave your vehicle in the parking lot until Noon on your departure day, after which it will be flagged for towing. You should move your vehicle to a Disney parking location if you intend on staying at the parks past Noon. RV and oversized vehicles which cannot fit it one parking space are not permitted. Parking is for hotel guests ONLY. Additional vehicles may be parked off-site at the Garden Walk at their daily fee ($30 per day).
