We gladly accept your pet for an additional fee of R$100 per animal.
This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid at check-in directly to the host;- Pets must relieve themselves only on the street, and any damage caused to the property will be charged during check-out inspection;- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may incur fines;- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM;- Any breach of condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility and may result in fines;- For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay;- Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
For the comfort of our guests, the property has:- 1 bedroom with single bed, an auxiliary bed, bench and closet;- 1 Suite with a queen size bed and closets, the suite bathroom has gas heating;- Living room integrated into the dining room, with sofa, TV, table and 3 chairs;- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, blender, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, pots, dishes, and utensils;- 1 guest bathroom with gas heating;- Carbon monoxide alarm and smoke detector;- Gourmet area with furniture and space to prepare meals with complete amenities;- Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone);- 50mb Wi-Fi available.

NOTE: The pool is closed for maintenance on Tuesdays and has access control, with two wristbands provided per apartment.
NOTE: The condominium requires that at check-in our guests will provide documentation and license plate for their control and safety.

* One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated.
