We stayed here with friends while attending a Reds game and had a great experience. We took a chance and arrived before the 4:00 p.m. check in time, hoping our rooms might be ready. They weren't quite ready yet, but the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took all of our phone numbers and called each of us as soon as our rooms were available. While we waited, she gave us several suggestions for places to relax, including the breakfast area off the lobby, which made the wait much more comfortable. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options to choose from and everything was well stocked. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in town.
We started our OTET bike ride after a restful night at The Hampton Inn in Cincinnati.
Staying overnight just one night in NYE. hotel was more then adequate, soft bed fairly clean.
Would recommend to others.

Parking is complimentary for our in-house status registered guest with these terms: Guest will receive one parking per permit for one automobile for one parking slot per room upon check in at the hotel. The permit must remain on the automobile dashboard to be read form outside the car as our parking lot is regularly patrolled. The permit will be for the exact nights the registered guest stays at the hotel. Our parking cannot accommodate large vehicles such as RV's, trailers, or the like. Bus parking requires 10 registered in house guest rooms per night the bus is on our parking lot. Bus parking requires a parking reservation and must be coordinated with the hotel before arrival date.

From our first steps in we noticed how nice everything was. Staff super friendly. Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. Plenty of coffee! Definitely would stay here again!

Hotel rooms were extra clean..staff was very courteous. The hotel was spot on.
We came for a Jazz Riverboat cruise. The staff member who checked us in is absolutely amazing. I did not catch her name but we were greeted with a snack and water bottle bag as Hilton honors Gold members; her energy for 2am was incredible... I’m grateful for the location, rates and Amenities.
