Dear Management Team at The Peabody Memphis, Memphis holds a deeply special place in our hearts. Fourteen years ago, on July 29th, my husband and I met on a plane and connected right here in Memphis, starting our story. Ten years to the day later, we were married and we continue to celebrate July 29th as our true anniversary. Returning to Memphis to celebrate this milestone at your historic hotel made the occasion even more meaningful. While every aspect of our stay was wonderful, your incredible staff turned our anniversary into something truly extraordinary. We wanted to reach out and ensure leadership knows about the phenomenal team members who made our visit so memorable: Sonia at the front desk surprised us with a room upgrade at check in, setting a wonderful tone for our arrival. Josie, Rocky’s boss, was so sweet and welcoming at the concierge desk. Rocky at the concierge desk is simply in a league of his own. He embodied the legendary spirit of Southern hospitality, going far above and beyond for us in ways we honestly felt we didn’t deserve. Despite our gentle protests, his natural generosity and dedication to his guests just kept shining through. He is the ultimate ambassador for The Peabody and an amazing human being meant for this work. Mia and Tunjia made breakfast at the Capricco Grill so special, completely delighting us by celebrating our anniversary with two bride and groom Peabody anniversary ducks, strawberries and chocolates before we left. Tina and Jonathan at the Thursday night rooftop event were incredibly friendly and an absolute joy to meet. Kenon Walker, the Duck Master, did a phenomenal job with the famous march. Kemp the bellman stepped in to help us secure a taxi when we were having trouble getting an Uber to the airport. Chez Philippe—our experience with Madi, Keith, Sadie, Solomon, Courtney and Kaitlyn was breathtaking. The tasting menu was exquisite and exceeded all of our expectations and the entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable and incredible. People like this are rare and every single one of them is a tremendous asset to your hotel. Thank you for making our milestone celebration in a city that means the world to us so unforgettable. Loved our stay. Jeffery, our bellman was especially helpful. He remembered us every time we bumped into him around the lobby. Piano music in the lobby was first class. Room service food and team were excellent as well. Cheers! 🥂.

Everyone and I mean everyone was polite and spoke as we passed. The receptionist was most helpful on a special request we made. The service at the Capriccio Grill was excellent. Our server, Yvette was wonderful and told us about the fabulous Christmas Brunch. You probably already know brunch was the best ever. My wife had breakfast and her custom omelette was wonderful. I had the seafood it was delicious and I thank you for not frying it. This may be our Christmas plans from now on. We honeymooned here and the Peabody is special to us.
Can't wait to stay here again unbelievable experience.
